Competence, professionalism, and great service! Upper Cape Heating & Cooling installed the modern mini splits in my new house on Cape Cod(new to me, but built in the mid-80s with an oil heat system and no A/C). Alberto & team were terrific to work with – they recommended a good brand (Fujitsus), determined the right sizes, and did such a professional job on installation – including the permits, the new electrical panel, perfect cleanup afterwards, explained how the system worked to me, and made sure I understood how to use the remotes and do the basic maintenance (filter cleaning). When I broke one of the remotes, they ordered a new one for me & had it shipped to my house! Two winters on, the system they installed keeps me comfortable even in the coldest temps – great job.

They also installed a heat pump water heater for me – again, determined the size I needed and researched the right brand, installed it flawlessly, perfect cleanup at the end, even helped me understand the paperwork I needed for the Mass Save grant for this and for the mini splits. Wonderful company! Very fair pricing, too.
